To ignite my clients’ imaginations to believe they can have what they previously thought was impossible.
WE’VE ALL BEEN THERE.
You’re all seated around a conference table, trying to agree on the right direction at a critical juncture in your company’s lifecycle. Some people are talking over one another. A second group is rolling their eyes. A third feels shut down.
These moments of miscommunication often lead to frustration, hurt feelings, and, ultimately, unresolved issues that keep individuals and teams from reaching their full potential — and business objectives.
As a conflict resolution expert with over 41 years of experience, I step into these moments and create the space for real, effective, and productive communication.
My role is to help leaders and teams:
Together, we create workplaces where people are more engaged, satisfied, and aligned with their values and goals. And productive.
I AM A PROFESSIONAL PEACEMAKER
For as long as I can remember, friends and family have turned to me for help with their disputes.
Why was this? Looking back, I realized that my home growing up served as a masterclass in conflict resolution.
My mother was a natural peacemaker, with an uncanny ability to understand people. She had zero tolerance for unresolved tension at home. We three kids were always fighting about something. Enter my mother’s solution: “The family meeting.”
My father, however, was the polar opposite. He could go silent for days, burying himself in the newspaper, which only heightened the tension. My mother, undeterred, would yell, “Mitch, put the paper down! Talk to your children!”
Those meetings weren’t easy. I often left in tears, overwhelmed by the feedback I received from my parents and siblings. Yet, amid the discomfort, I learned something invaluable — the art of navigating difficult conversations. I learned to face confrontation head-on, to lean into the discomfort – hoping to foster understanding and move forward with empathy.
Tough as it was, early training became one of the cornerstones of my success as a parent and a professional. Today, resolving conflict ignites something deep inside me. It fuels me and drives me to seek resolutions where others may shy away. In fact, resolving conflict is the thing I simply cannot “not do.”
From my father, I learned another essential skill: performing under pressure.
Though my father wasn’t easy, he was a great athlete. He loved sports, and so did I. I remember him visiting me at camp, and I would swim and run as fast as I could, yearning for his approval.
Looking back, I see that I’ve been performing under pressure for as long as I can remember, pushing myself to master my craft. I now know — through decades of study and practice — that mastery, particularly in resolving conflicts, requires finesse, skill, and unwavering clarity. It starts with how well you know yourself. And in doing so, we become the kind of leader others want to follow.
PSYCHOTHERAPIST/PEAK
What sets me apart in the world of business coaching is the combination of my deep psychological training and expertise in guiding leaders who operate in high-stakes environments. I work with my clients to develop their inner game — the mindset, emotional regulation, and mental strategies that allows them to perform at their highest potential, even under pressure (and especially under pressure).
Whether it’s improving decision-making, communication, or conflict resolution, my approach ensures that leaders are not just successful but thrive from the inside out.
All the home training in conflict resolution also helped me heighten my emotional intelligence, a gift that allowed me to connect deeply with others and understand the intricacies of their inner world.
This gift became the foundation of my thriving psychotherapy practices. I was driven by a singular question: “How can I help someone change at a fundamental level?”
Our emotional and physical responses often occur before our conscious thoughts, and traditional talk therapy sometimes falls short of addressing these deeper triggers. Neuroscience has shed light on how the brain and body truly work together, offering scientific validation for the intuitive methods I had already been applying.
One-on-one therapy, however, isn’t enough to meet the growing need for larger-scale mental health, peak performance, and leadership development. Leaders — those at the helm of organizations — are those who influence countless others.
By training leaders in emotional intelligence, mental resilience, and conflict resolution, I extend my impact far beyond individual clients and contribute to the creation of healthier, more high-functioning environments.
performance coaching. With over 41 years of experience helping executives and Fortune 500 teams, I go beyond surface-level techniques to unlock true potential.
My neuroscience-based, practical approach delivers lasting impact, offering real-world strategies that enhance communication, leadership, and conflict resolution, tailored to each organization’s needs

TURNING TENSION INTO TRUST: MASTERING WORKPLACE CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Conflict can be a source of inspiration and innovation. Or, it can be insidious and destructive, leading to poor performance and potentially the company’s eventual demise. Sometimes, the conflict is overt and easy to recognize. At others, it’s not quite so obvious and thus more difficult to address. In this talk, we will examine three power skills that executive leaders must possess to guide the organization through the inevitable challenges intrinsic to dynamic growth and human behavior.
PUT YOUR OWN OXYGEN MASK ON FIRST
The role of a C-Suite-Level Professional is complex and demanding. Being knowledgeable of so many different fields requires myriad skills. Performing under pressure adds another dimension. In this workshop, we’ll focus specifically on those skills that will enable you to be more situationally aware and emotionally prepared to meet the challenges of your rigorous role.
MASTERY UNDER PRESSURE: THE PATH TO PEAK PERFORMANCE
Most business professionals, athletes, and performers spend years learning and practicing their craft. Yet the mental skills that underpin peak performance have been frequently overlooked. In this talk, Ms. Greenbaum will share with you specific strategies to make good decisions while staying calm, cool, and collected in high-pressure situations, and give you a sense of mastery you never thought was possible.
HOW TO BE A CONFIDENT NEGOTIATOR
Very specific skills are required to negotiate successfully. But those skills alone will not bring you the desired results unless you can control your emotions. In this workshop, we’ll explore the feelings that may arise when you’re in a highstakes negotiation and how to train yourself to appear “calm, cool, and collected,” even though that may not be what’s going on inside.
HOW TO BE AN EMOTIONALLY AGILE LEADER
The workplace has changed from the era of the CEO sitting behind a row of gatekeepers to one where employees demand a more transparent, available, and authentic leader. What does that really mean? And how can the leader be seen as someone people want to follow? In this talk, Ms. Greenbaum will explore the subtleties of leadership, from time management struggles to fear of rejection, to having realistic self-expectations. (Topics that most leaders don’t talk about).

Tina not only educated us but also made the experience fun and memorable. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve their leadership skills and foster a positive, productive work environment. How much people unpacked about themselves in 90 minutes was something I have never seen. I’m still in awe of that experience. And in the course of the 2 or 3 days we were at the
conference, that was the most impactful session I sat in.
